The trial continued this Tuesday with the statements of the former students of the Colegio San Agustín, a total of 13 of whom the defendant was a teacher and had sexual photographs or videos when they were minors, and who wanted to continue taking weight away from the matter, normalizing photos, gifts and conversations about sex or that they had very affectionate names. More than 200 photos of minors and some videos were found in the defendant's terminal.

Videos and photos that constitute a crime of possession and preparation of child pornography

One of the key statements was that of a young man who appears in a video, when he was a minor and in the defendant's house , naked. The boy has confessed that he did not have the same treatment with the defendant as with the rest of the teachers, and that he gave him a cologne, a swimsuit and underpants, among other things. He says that he tried them on at the defendant's house and that he videotaped him. "I asked him to send it to my girlfriend at the time," he said.

However, in the video that was shown to him, it was possible to hear "you know that I don't like having those kinds of photos taken of me", clarifying that he was referring to photos where his genital areas were seen but, contradictorily, he assures I hadn't taken photos like this before. At the time of the video, which has been classified as child pornography by the Prosecutor's Office in its indictment, the student was 14 years old.

There were also numerous photos of different types, in the defendant's bed or in other places such as the Parador La Muralla hotel, but he insists that they were all requested by himself. His account has presented quite a few contradictions.

The school's laboratory and changing rooms

The laboratory of the Colegio de los Agustinos was one of the settings in which the students were photographed. Some have said that they did it to each other, others have recognized that the defendant did it. They did it from their teacher's mobile phone because "it was the novelty" and he says that many of the images were later shared on social networks.

The locker room of the Agustinos, where the defendant entered, according to several witnesses, has also been mentioned on numerous occasions during the trial. One of them assures that he never entered when they were changing or in the shower.

The study trips

Many of the photos collected during the investigation show different school students during their study trips, always to Seville and in different years, where the defendant has “an empty house ”.

When one of the kids is shown the images in Seville, he can identify other students and claims to be 15 or 16 years old in one of them, taken at the teacher's house, although "he wasn't there" -referring to the accused -.

The young man has said that he does not know if he shared a room with the children, but says that he “came to visit us”. In one of the photos the teacher appeared recently showered, with a simple towel "where you can see his ass", according to the prosecutor, and the students are seen with towels, but he has not been able to specify anything because "he does not remember it". .

Waxing for minors

Another behavior that was repeated with many of the minors was waxing, on their legs or in their genital areas. The defendant shaved his younger students, many have confirmed it and others have denied it.

During the intervention of the witness who appears in the video, the Public Prosecutor pointed out a series of contradictions, he was 15 or 16 years old, and in the first statement in the investigation phase he said that the photos had not been taken by the teacher However, now he says that he did them, but at his request. Another of the contradictions is that he stated that the teacher shaved him, but now he emphatically affirms that no, "each one shaved his own thing", and explains that they shaved at the defendant's house because "my parents did not like me to shave." .

In one of the WhatsApp conversations, the teacher referred to the fact that "you're going to stay topless" when he shaves and asked if he was going to go home to do it. Conversations at dawn in which the teacher asked him if he had shaved and the young man said no, then the teacher said "fine, fine, that's how I'll do it for you."

WhatsApp chats: practices on how to put on a condom

The teacher asked him to delete the WhatsApp conversations and some of the videos. "Hey, I'll be annoying, but are you sure you deleted the video?", a video that the young man does not remember "I have no idea what video he is referring to," he tells the prosecutor. In another conversation, he tells him "One thing, empty the chat after each conversation", although he asserts in court that "if he told me, I don't remember".

“We talked about the typical things that are talked about with friends”, declares the witness, who affirms that they asked the teacher for condoms, who suggested that if they didn't know how to put it on “they could do some practice”. In a conversation from May 2016, the Prosecutor read: "I have to ask you to leave me a condom," the minor, who was 15 years old at the time, told her, "Do you know how to put it on? Or do you have to do a practice?”, the teacher replies. In addition, he invited him to go to Cádiz, as long as he "shared a hotel room with him" -July 2016- "but my mother won't let me," he told the professor.

The trial will continue this Tuesday afternoon with the declaration of the civil guards who carried out Operation Pretium and the judicial experts.
